I searched for Puerto Rican food, Rosa's Cafe came up, it was nearby, i was hungry and was formulsting a specific dish in mind, when i arrived, it was very active; i was offered service immediately; however, i also noticed the menu, didn't come close to a Puerto Rican restaurant, this place was wholly, strictly, and not to be confused with anything BUT Mexican style food, so with my hunger, i had to change what i wanted.
