Horrible!!! We’ve been coming here and the last few times have just been the worst. MARIA the manager shouldn’t even be managing. She’s very unprofessional, she didn’t even care about my complaint. The last time we went, they didn’t even put cheese on one taco and the other they forget the egg. When we called, it’s the same thing “you can bring the tacos and come back” yes, like it’s that convenient. So we just dealt with it, well TODAY we go again. Our MISTAKE! My husband got a bean, egg and chorizo. Well when he took a bite, it was sour he said. I was confused by it being “sour” so even though I didn’t want to, I took a bite. I spit that crap out and instantly said “something’s wrong with this taco!” He was right, it was sour. I called again and well, same ole crap “you can come back and get another taco” she was so rude, didn’t even care and I told her. If you can’t refund this one taco I’ll put my review. Guess what she said? “Well do what you have to do!” You guys are money hungry and don’t care about your customers, you just care about money! Not like you care but we will NOT COME BACK HERE AGAIN.

Placed a larger order of 40 tacos 3 hours before pick up. They were amazing. Everyone was asking where the tacos came from. Definitely coming back!

Had to come back and lower it to 4 stars. I in fact did go back and ordered 6 tacos. Everything was great! Service and food were both great! Unfortunately I received a notification from my credit card company that a tip of 8 dollars was reported on my transaction (18 and some change with no tip) and I did not tip since it was a carryout order. Im hoping it was some kind of mistake and that a waitress didnt write in the tip but there's not really any other way. Check your accounts after you leave to make sure they didnt write a tip in on your orders.

Don't bother go to Las Palapas they aren't won't cheap out of meat and cheese. Very disappointed use to be a good place now just a shitty place to eat watered down drinks kinda place.

First time here . It’s true not to long of a wait for your food and it is good! Good size dining area very clean. I felt comfortable here. For just driving by and saw it made a good choice to stop.

I have been coming here for years. I will not be coming back anymore. I rather spend my money at the surrounding Mexican restaurants. The customer service is not good. It has declined and the prices are high which includes a 3 percent surcharge for not using cash.

Today I purchased beans and they cost about $7. Then I asked for salsa for the beans and they said they charge extra for that. I’ve never been to a Mexican restaurant where they charge for salsa when your order food. I have always been given one or two salsa everywhere in San Antonio without being charged because it goes with the food. I paid $1.65 for the salsa. Overall I paid about $9 for beans and salsa. That’s ridiculous.

My co-workers and I have been to Mi Hacienda several times in the past year. Always fast service, food is always fresh and tastes good. Wait staff is attentive and friendly. Two thumbs up. 😬💙

Food is good , wait staff is ok but you should not charge a fee when using a debit card, it’s like if you want to eat hear you have to pay extra and as a small business owner you are ripping off your customers!
