Not a full service bank. Only ATM usage. Unfortunate since there are no capital one banks here. If for whatever reason you don't have your card they can't help. Friendly staff though.
Marty's the best very professional polite and detailed took the time to explain to me the benefits of Capital One took the time to explain how deposits work in the cafe. People like Marty are definitely asset to corporations like this Thanks again for helping me.

Visiting San Antonio, and this was the only Capital 1 ATM. It's location is in an outdoor market/mall. So at my age, health and heat (>100°), it was no quick walk from the parking lot. I finally find the place and enter....sweating, short of breath. I go straight to a chair and sit. Now, there are 3 employees (greeters) of Capital 1 in the entry. And of those 3, not one person saying "welcome"..."can I help you?"..."are you ok?". So I suppose customer service is no longer provided at this location. After @ 10 minutes, I feel better and walk to the ATM and conduct my business. And as I begin to leave, not one "thanks for coming by"..."have a good day". Where I live, there's a Capital 1 bank that's easily accessible and some of the friendliest people you'd ever meet. So...the lack of customer service must be a local problem. Possibly a manager(s) that does not teach or exhibit consideration for others.
To the CHIEF OF CAPITAL ONE, I cancelled my credit card on 04-12-2024, and I spoke with CAMILA her identification # 2FA5282, and I called again just in case and I spoke with GLORIA, you can verify it in the notes, and I cancelled my credit card, because on my last bill of April CAPITAL ONE I was surprised to see a high amount of "extra fees" the bill charged me 41.0% interest + $29.00 extra charge, no explanation either, I called on November 2023, to asked about the interest Capital One was going to charge me, in Case I used the credit card, and the representative take the time to verify, and explained me, and informed me is going to be 0.0% interest for a year, I used the credit card to paid some bills, in December 2023, I calIed to customer service and requested an explanation, but nobody couldn't explain me, and I requested to listen the call, when they had a record where I can prove the truth, but of course they refuse to do it, because they know already I said the truth, and now I received a new bill, from June, and July, and I don't believe after I cancelled my credit card on April I received a new bill, but I do have a witness because I did it on the bank in the same day when i cancelled the credit card, I called today 07-06-2024, and the representative that I talked with, couldn't find the card number in the records since it was cancelled, obviously, after she couldn't find it nor any of the information she transferred me, and I talked with ALIASCA "MANAGER" and she didn't want to review the notes and didn't help at all, she just said was a charge of doordash, so,how im going to use a credit card when I cancelled, and broke it on April, she was very rude and I'm really disappointed with this company specifically with customer support this people didn't have the will to help their customers, but they just couldn't explain nor solve this issue, However, what surprised me the most is that I physically broke the card, at the end These charges were not explained clearly, and I believe they are totally unfair, Which is why NOW I request, and DEMAND CAPITAL ONE pay for all this charges and extra fees which is $3,059.05, and I requested to the company pay for all the abuse, the emotional damage with all this situation and excess CAPITAL ONE and their representatives did with me, because they didn't try to help me at all, Which is why I request you CAPITAL ONE pay the amount $3,059.05.
Capital One representatives actions and the way they treat customers is outrageous and they really need to take a training into how to treat their customers, and make a investigation who used the credit card after I cancelled, your employees have access to all our information, Capital One need to find who used the credit card numbers, when the credit card was cancelled, that's why, for all the abuse, and all this irregular situation CAPITAL ONE need to take responsibility, for their employees actions, Capital One, gotta pay the amount $3,059.05.
Complete waste of time you cant get your money or help from here.
capital 1 in general is a bad bank. Someone wrongfully used my card and made a $165 purchase at doordash and they gave me temporary credit, only to reverse the charge
This is by far the worst credit card I've ever had they will find any reason to restrict your account. When you call customer service they can't ever actually help other than tell you a specialist will call within 7-10 business days.

I am so impressed with this Cafe! Neat, clean and great cappuccino by Thomas. Ellie was also very helpful in answering my banking questions. Great overall experience! I highly recommend a visit!
Best banking experience in San Antonio! Robert provides VIP service to his customers. They offer both banking and café! Drinks are better than Starbuck! Relaxing modern atmosphere. Can not ask for more.
