They started with onion and cilantro, they changed it for pineapple with vinegar and onion, horrible, that gives the carnitas another flavor. It's not worth spending your money in this place. WE WILL NOT RETURN.

The menu is very basic but it honestly doesn't need more! I got the pound of mixta with extra cuerito and we also ordered a torta moreliana. Let me tell you, these are the best carnitas I've ever had in my life!!!! Come visit them! Great atmosphere and excellent service!!! My new favorite spot in SA!!!!

Stopped in while waiting for the nearby museum and we were SO glad we did! Got the Quesadilla Moreliana and it was delicious! Tried all the toppings and salsas which were great as well. We will definitely be back if we are nearby again.

$8 for one taco? You don’t even get basics like cilantro or onion — which is laughable. I’m not one of those foodies who’ll overpay just for clout or because some Netflix host told me it was “life changing.” Save your money, gas and time.
We came to Carnitas Don Raul and the food could have been a lot better if they would have had cilandro and chop onion. The salsa is not that hot. Who serves carnitas tacos without this add extra flavor. I do not think I am going to go back since we were told they do not have those two ingredients and are not going to have them at all. Not a mexican taco for us. I do not like vinegar onions with pineapple.
