I know. We all feel it. The last 5 years have sucked! But I need to say that the young lady here taking my order, gives me hope! I have never had in the last five years, more sincere, authentic and professional customer service, than I had at this "airport counter food" establishment! It literally made me emotional, and there's no crying in baseball! There is so much vile attitude in our culture right now, and this young lady is what I want for our future! She was well trained, and well raised. And for the price, the food hit the spot while stuck in the airport. I'll be traveling SAT a lot over the next 2-3 years, and I will exclusively eat here, if for nothing else, then to have my day brightened!

Horrible, twice I placed the order and twice they brought it wrong. I complained and they wanted to give me my money back instead of preparing me what I wanted. The workers mistreated me badly. They told me that for my $7 they weren't going to hold up the line. A third worker finally served me what I ordered, reluctantly.

The staff is always rude and they never have the toppings for the cheese fries. The short the topping on the sandwiches too as if the employees themselves are paying for the food. On top of the rudeness they close early around 4:30

I had a good experience, i was not in a rush so i had plenty of patience... it took me a while to figure out what i wanted to eat so i camped out near that standing table and looked at the menu at a different place. So i got asked about three times if i were in line for charleys, and i said no. Until the smell of the meat got to me and i was watching the staff work really well together. The line was getting done fast and the food didnt take that long. So i got in line, ordering was efficient, especially with all my modifications. The best part was as soon as i got my hands on my food, someone at a table got up and i got to sit down at it. The timing was immaculate. Strawberry Lemonade was delicious, and i don't even like lemonade. Food was good and my hunger was satisfied for my whole plane trip and more.

God, this place is terrible, line is super long, but that’s because there’s only one person working taking the orders and preparing the food. She’s super rude and borderline spit in my food ! The sandwich looked like it got run over by a truck, messy and tasted like cardboard ! Terrible choice of food ! Just go next door to the burger spot, a bit more expensive but worth it !

Every single time I come here they have 3 employees and seems like their always in slow motion. And the 3 is always in the back eating. They poke their head out chewing and then back into the office while there’s a line. Always. Again waited in line while someone slowly made 3 fries and stood there. Again I left without ordering. Airports people are typically on the go so there should be a sense of urgency. In the mall they’re taking 3 -4 orders at a time and cooking the same. Not posting photos cause I’m not trying to blast on anyone but whom ever owns this is definitely losing money.
