We had the BEST experience with Mark during a birthday celebration in San Antonio. From the moment he arrived, he was warm, fun, and genuinely sweet - he instantly felt like part of the celebration. And the food… wow! Every single dish was beautifully presented and completely knocked our socks off. It was the perfect way to celebrate - stress-free, delicious, and so memorable. We had chef Mark prepare a family dinner. Everything was absolutely delicious! My 9 year old described dessert as “ice cream with a touch of pudding”. It was a chocolate mousse that was amazing.
