Had the opportunity to visit with Mark and ask some advice on some various cookware and techniques. He was very thorough and explained some common misconceptions about beef and ways to prepare it.
Chef Mark’s attention to detail elevates his dishes to a whole new level! His food is so delicious and he is a great person to work with! Among other things we had the most amazing deconstructed Tiramisu, shrimp & grits & bacon wrapped quail.
Chef Mark and his team were amazing! We hosted our office Christmas party for 20 and they cooked and served a wonderful meal. They thought of all the details and made it a completely stress free evening. Thank you, Mark!
