I rarely have a bad experience at this store. The food is usually correct, hot, and fresh. They service is always top notch and they remember repeat customers.
March 2025 Update: This store is ridiculous. My husband ordered me a Cobb salad and I took off the shredded cheese and added blue cheese. According to the app blue cheese is $0.25. I absolutely did not get my monies worth tonight. There is so little blue cheese on the salad it is laughable. The first thing I said was, "is there even cheese on there," before shuffling chicken and bacon around looking for more. I didn't find any. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. This salad was over $10. I could have gone to a restaurant and received better quality and quantity for slightly more money. This store has become very hit or miss regarding quality and quantity of food. I'm cognizant of rising costs but we're quickly approaching the inflection point where what we spend is not worth what we receive. We may not return to this location.

Unfortunately drive through is painfully slow. Gave myself extra time before work to come get food and had to get out of line because drive through was taking too long

Went to drive thru and was told to go to #2....why is my food cold? Why wait that long for cold food? $22.32
That explains why they asked my name. My food sat because they didn't know the girl told me to go to 2. Refund my money or replace with a hot meal.

This is the first chic fil a I have visited that doesn’t have the high energy, “my pleasure” feel. It is almost depressing. The inside is direct and kinda grimey. I regretted eating inside the food was fair and cold.

7/22/23 Can you please add bagged ice to the app so we can order that also please?? 02/21/25 Went this morning to order breakfast bc that's what my kids wanted. I hate coming here but we ordered three hashbrowns and the lady ask me how many ketchup I needed so i said 4 and than asked do you charge for ketchup she said yes if i order to many so i said 6 2 for each of the hashbrowns I ordered she said i would be charged thats just stupid!! So why bother asking? She acts like she going to run out or owns the business. If you order on the app you can order two of each if you wanted and not be charged. STOP BEING CHEAP!

The girl in the drive through is the reason I will not be coming back to this chick fil a never had an experience like that at chick fil a before she needs a new course in customer service
I usually go to Chick fil A as a treat. So I was starving for a spicy chicken sandwich, and on the road, I opened it to see a chicken patty that looked as though it had been sitting awhile. It was nothing like the big and juicy patty I normally get. I swear this is my week for fast food duds.
Wheelchair accessibility: Great access for wheel chairs.
Service is so slow on Frida Morning. You would think by now Friday is a busy day have more staff there to handle your business.

Terrible service from management! Very unprofessional & rude! Some of the employees even complained about her and mentioned they have tried to get rid of her! So sad! Chick fil A is known for their spectacular service but this manager absolutely disappointed. She was the evening manager around 730pm on Jan 23rd. 2025. If someone important actually sees this, please find out who the manager was because they are affecting your franchise.
