Food was great. Service on the other hand was not. Got in the drive thru and of course they come to the truck. The young guy was rude when i asked for a Coke Zero. He said we don’t have it. I looked at him and pointed to the two signs with advertisement of Coke Zero. He then looked at his tablet and looked at me and said like i said we don’t have it and showed me his tablet. Rude!

I HAD TO WAIT IN A LONG LINE SO THEY CAN MESS UP THE FREAKING ORDER!! Because they in a hurry rushing orders for what?! JUST TO GIVE YOU A WRONG ORDER.

Came in for the first time in a long time, and I must say the employees here are the best! Tom has the place looking spotless. While I was here a little girl fell in the playground and started crying , the workers quickly came to help and brought her and ice pack without the parents needing to ask. These guys go above and beyond ! Oh and the food was delicious !

Went against my moral boycott of chick fil a, was close and used to love their sandwiches. Tough, ugly spicy deluxe, and car hop dude seemed bothered. Boycott continues on moral AND quality.
I came in thru drive thru and ordered, I always get the market salad WITH NO BLUE CHEESE!!! So I get home and low and behold, BLUE CHEESE ? So I called and let a manager know, she asked for my order number, gave it to her, she says "well it doesn't specify on the receipt" So since the guy at the drive thru forgot to put it on the receipt. So I guess I ordered it and wanted all of the yummy blue cheese I am done with this location

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Bacon Club Sandwiches, both with mac n cheese. First they forget the mac n cheese to one of the sandwiches, so I went back and was helped by one of the managers. I come back home and the find out that I was given chick fil a sandwiches instead of the bacon club. I can't even rate my experience on the site because my receipt doesn't have a serial number on it. Very disappointed.

Not going to lie, the last time I came to thos chick fil a they forgot my pickles and cheese on my sandwich ? BUUUUT they totally made up for it the second time and gave me extra pickles and a free cookie ?! Plus if you fill out the survey on the website from your receipt then you get a free sandwhich coupon sent to your email????
