This is for the truck in the Alamo Ranch Food Truck Park. Stumbled upon this gem yesterday. I wanted some light munchies to eat before dinner. The staff lady was friendly and fast! I ordered the corn in a cup (size large). I loveeee elote. This tasted good but there was a lot of water/juice at the bottom. Manageable but more than I'm accustomed to. It was so large that I couldn't finish it til the next day. Pretty good amount for only $6.50! Now I know where to go when I want...read full review
By far the best elote I have ever had! I have travelled to so many places in San Antonio to find the best elote and this place is #1 by a landslide! I usually go to the truck on Bandera parked behind the HEB plus

I LOVEEEE this place. The elote is always so good and the service is great as well. The only thing I wish they would change is when they open. Sometimes I just want something small and easy for my lunch and 3pm is just way too late for me for lunch. Otherwise 1000/10 would recommend to anyone who loves elote.
