3rd time I.ve visited here. I thought I.d give it another chance. We'll, the order taker, inside, was as cold as ICE. The food was cold ! My wife and I have been to many other Chic filt a.s, but this one is the Worst ! My gkids have worked at the SE MILITARY location,,,the service and food were beyond reproach. I believe in giving kudos when deserved, but also negative reviews when warranted.

We’re frequent visitors at this Chick-fil-A because it’s usually a great family spot. Recently, though, we’ve had a consistent concern. Every time we come in—whether we’re dining inside or just going through the drive-thru—there’s a gentleman who’s always around outside or inside. Sometimes he’s inside talking loudly to himself and approaching guests, and other times he’s just loitering outside as we come in. It does make things a bit uncomfortable, especially with young kids. We love this Chick-fil-A and just hope the management can help keep the environment as family-friendly and comfortable as possible. It is clear that the team members and leaders are aware of this particular guy, but nothing has seemed to be done, if anything I’ve been seeing him more frequently here. I normally don’t mind this kind of issue, but it’s the fact that children are around and he attempts to make conversation with them, is where I draw the line. Thanks for your attention to this!

Great service and friendly staff
They were really busy when I went. But, it still did not take me long to get in and out. I tried the new spicy pretzel cheddar chicken sandwich. It was delicious! I would have liked a little more spicy. But, it was excellent otherwise. The order was accurate and every person that served me was very courteous and very welcoming.

Restaurantji Recommends
Went back to the restaurant because they messed up my original order and spoke with corporate in the phone they said they’d fix the mistake. When I showed up with my toddler I bought a meal first before bringing it up. tbh my main concern was the boy taking the order seemed like he was out of it from the heat and humidity. Anyways the managers came out and seemed aggressive when I told them they had messed up a previous order. She quickly cut me off and said how I paid for a cup of soup and not the bowl gaslit me by saying she wasn’t going to give me the bowl and said she email corporate about it. She seemed like she wanted to argue and I had my 1 yr old son with me. I tried to forget about it but the way they treated us made me never ever want to go there again if they were going to make a big deal about something so trivial. I tired to let it go but I felt disrespected and humiliated by the managers.

Never thought in my life I would give a Chick-fil-A a one star rating but here it goes. First and last time coming to this location! I picked up breakfast through mobile order that myself and my kids ordered. My daughters and I were able to receive our order, but when I tried scan my son order, it took us through the whole process and it said speak to a team member at the end. I spoke to a team member and she was very nice (that's why I gave the one star because we can't give 0) and she said couldn't find the order. My issue is if the rest of us order was ready and they were all ordered the same time, where was his?! It was ordered within the window! After waiting for about 10-15, a manager came out and didn't do much but say sorry and explain that it was more likely canceled because it wasn't in the window, even though I showed him it was ordered at 10:15am. I drove out my way to get these kids their Chick-fil-A breakfast since they were home from school...our regular location would've never handled this situation like this, ESPECIALLY after I showed it was ordered in the breakfast window! Just doesn't make any sense that the rest of us were able to get our order, but my son had to be the only one without.

I love stopping at this specific Chick-fil-A The people are nice. I've grown up in this neighborhood for a long time and service in this area isn't always the greatest. But here Chick-fil-A they sure knew know how to select people and train them. Food is good in the kitchen is clean.
