My husband and I, did the 3 for $10.99.The food came out fast and hot. Everything was delicious and the GM was very kind and friendly. My husband was very reluctant to try out this chili's but now he's a fan. We will definitely be coming back.

Ordered online after church and the customer service was refreshing! Already 5-6 people stopped to make sure I was getting taken care of, you doing see that often anymore. The food was hot and delicious, the steak was bomb, I was happy overall, thank you all for great customer service!
My husband, daughter, and I went in around 11am and were sat right away as the restaurant was nearly empty. We weren’t offered a booster or high chair by the hostess, so we figured we would just ask our sever since they weren’t out in the open. We sat for around 15 minutes… no one came to our table. Two other tables were sat after us and had their drinks and apps. Several servers (many were just standing around) looked at us from afar, the manager looked at us from afar, but no one asked us if we had been helped. We decided to leave, it was only then that someone said “sorry, we can help you”. We declined and dined elsewhere.

Severely overwhelmed staff. Food is sloppy and looks mishandled. Drinks take 20 min and are watered down due to ice melting while they sit. Waitress was lost. Showed up twice. Skip this one!!

ordered online and had it delivered I asked for my steak well done and I've been to chilis before and they've never burnt it . This steak was completely burnt and to hard to eat. We also ordered a garlic bread and usually they wrap it in foil to keep it from getting soggy and sadly that wasn't the case.

First time at this location, and it was a great time. The immediate parking lot was nearly full (plenty of parking in the shopping center, though), and the restaurant looked equally full, but we were seated almost immediately - a very pleasant surprise considering similar conditions at other Chili's around the city have 30+ minutes waits.
The food was good. Being a Chili's, it's not food to write home about, but for a Chili's, the food was very good.
Overall, this location was great. It's going to be our go-to Chili's when we're feeling some drinks and chips w/salsa are needed.
