The staff there hate their jobs and their lives. They treat customers terribly. It's a shame the miserable amount they put in the burritos. The hygiene is questionable. What a shame. I will never return to Chipotle thanks to this experience in this location.

I witnessed something absolutely disgusting while trying to get a salad made here. One of the employees was visibly picking his nose — yes, digging in it — and then immediately placed his bare hand in the cheese bin before making my salad. I confronted him about it, and instead of an apology or basic hygiene correction, I was met with open hostility from the entire staff. It was clear from their reaction that they didn’t take it seriously at all. I even called afterward hoping management would handle it properly, but everyone on the phone treated it like a joke.

This wasn’t a misunderstanding — it’s all on camera. I will never eat here again, and I strongly urge anyone who cares about cleanliness and basic food safety to think twice. This was not only unsanitary but also completely unprofessional.

If I could, I would rate the food safety of this location is 0/10. Came here to get a bowl and once I got home, noticed little bugs in the lettuce (one even hopped out of the bowl on the table). The health inspector needs to make a visit. I did get a refund and that was easy enough so the service is ok.

This location is absolutely disgusting compared to the other locations. Order is always...ALWAYS wrong and the food is stale. The chicken always has lots of chopped up bones and fatty nerve, and employees don't even bother cutting it consistently. The beef is always chewy or hard and old. The rice is consistently undercooked, guac seems like it's been sitting out all day and had already turned black when they decided to stir it. We've spoken to the manager here before and they just don't care. Someone needs to have corporate go out to this location. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Chipotle if possible.

Placed an order on the app and when I went to pick up the woman at the chipotlane was already visibly irritated. She mentioned they had not received my order/payment that was placed at 6:30 and I would need to step inside. I pulled up my order to confirm it was placed , under my name, and at the correct location. At the register they couldn't find the order. I then proceeded not show them the information on my phone. They wouldn’t bother looking at it while telling me I didn’t place the order, it was under a different name, or wasn’t at this location. After pointing out multiple times all that information was correct and on my screen everyone had an attitude. While I understand this could have been an app error their lack of customer service and compassion was disappointing. Instead of actually looking at the app for confirmation they preferred to claim I was incompetent and then proceeded to mock my name after she was already once corrected. It’s now 7:20 and I was asked to stand in line and start again. At which this point absolutely not. Thank god we walked inside because we both noticed how disgustingly dirty it was inside. There was literally a tooth on the floor. Don’t waste your time and money here and head to a real Mexican restaurant for less.

Very disappointing. The place was extremely dirty: the tables, the floor, and almost every surface had visible dirt. And all the trash containers were also full. We had the bowl and chose stake for protein it was so cold and dry.

I can’t believe this business just opened and it’s already like this. Napkins, forks, etc area was completely trashed while 3 employees sat around. Food not being cooked so they were out of stuff. Simply “we don’t have any of that” is unacceptable when it’s the whole point of the place. They need a chick fil a manager in there ASAP.

Just went here to grab dinner and when exactly did Chipotle start charging for guac when you get a veggie bowl with no protein? When we inquired why we were charged the young lady working the front cashier was adamant that we were charger correctly. Looking on the chipotle website we confirmed that we should not have been charged. Pretty disappointing that the staff is not properly trained and over charging their customers.

Won’t be eating at this location . Paid so much and both me and daughter had more rice than meat and other toppings . Pretty much ate rice for dinner which I could have just made at home if I wanted that . :( You would think that now that Chipotle charges for guacamole they would still give the same generous amount but they didn’t . Also ordered a side of queso blanco that was clumpy and cold . :(

I got the brisk bowl and it was not good. The meat was dry as if it had been sitting out all day. Just be careful with this fast food place.

The promise by the CEO of Chipotle to increase portion sizes was a total lie. Portion sizes are smaller now, the opposite of what the CEO promised.
The brisket at this Chipotle was bad. Absolutely awful. Tastless and dry. I wish I hadn't gotten it, and won't again.
Why would I reach out to you? Are you going to refund my money? Are you going to give me coupons for free food after this specific location failed to do what your CEO told you to do? No? Stop making fake apologies and providing a link to a site that won't help me with anything.
