I needed burrito cut because my wife and I were going to split it.

The guy told me Chipotle doesn’t do that. You have to cut it yourself. He told after agreeing to cut it 2 times that I have to ask for a knife and do it myself. AFTER. Okay bro…no problem. I asked the lady at first if they could cut it before I placed my order and she said yes. So now I go to my car and have to unwrap the burrito making a mess because they didn’t cut the foil.

Won’t be eating at this location . Paid so much and both me and daughter had more rice than meat and other toppings . Pretty much ate rice for dinner which I could have just made at home if I wanted that . :( You would think that now that Chipotle charges for guacamole they would still give the same generous amount but they didn’t . Also ordered a side of queso blanco that was clumpy and cold . :(

This is not the closet chipotle to me, but this is the one I go out of my way to make it too. Clean area, fresh food, and kind staff! The manager josef shows his professionalism every time I enter the building. Also am kinda afraid of meat, but always feel comfortable eating chicken from here!
