I recently visited Chipotle and had the pleasure of being helped by Carlos. I have to say, his customer service was absolutely excellent! He was incredibly kind, super friendly, and made the whole ordering process a breeze. He also got my food together really promptly, which I definitely appreciated. Honestly, Carlos is truly an asset to the Chipotle team. Big thanks to him for making my experience a great one!

I was told that they were out of barbacoa and was asked if I wanted steak instead. I said sure. But she put the scraps of barbacoa in with a small amount of steak which was weird. I think she should have started fresh with one meat because that is just lazy. They were real careless with my meal because I originally went to pick it up through the drive thru. If I had not decided to go in and purchase a drink, I would have never seen her walk back and forth with my food swinging...

Drive thru is usually slow. Their systems go down quite a bit, backing up orders. There's always a spill near the drink station. They've been out of several menu items during peak times. You roll the dice with each visit.
