older employee was very rude and refused to speak to me during whole interaction, even though he would speak to his coworkers. don't recommend

I order a bowl to go .The worst customer service in a restaurant setting. I would not recommend this Chipotle to anyone . Plus they only had 2 customers in the restaurant that should
say something about their customer service.
The service was horrible and the servers refuse to give me there names. I asked for manager a Hispanic girl by the name of Ceclia who has no business being the manager came out and was no help with no customer skills. Her customers service skills are very poor.Avoid this Chipotle and it smells horrible inside .Just plain horrible experience. I'm and elderly lady I was surprised by the hostile treatment I received. This employees need to received some training in customer service. They are a lot of restaurant closing down. Oh and one of the rebuttals posted on the website by a customer states they are miserable employees and I agree. It seems that they treat the elderly with no respect. It's a possibility from the reviews that they like harassing the elderly. It is very upsetting when an employee ruins your dinner.

I got the bowl with steak. The meat was cheap with mostly fat and grisly.

Never once’s complained about food I just move on if it’s bad but, man this chipotle location had the worst rice, I almost chipped my tooth because the rice was uncooked and hard, I asked for a new batch of rice they gave me a side and it was still raw and uncooked tasted super crunchy.Felt like I was eating rocks. Don’t think I’m eating here again

Shop as it is located in an outdoor mall type area.

It smelled like sewage as I walked through the door. The smell got worse when I went to the bathroom. I don’t know what’s going with their waste system but it definitely needs to be looked at.

Other than that there are no complaints. The staff is great the food is delicious and I can see in the back it’s a very clean place.

Whole place smells like sewage!!!

mobile order was fast but my salad had a huge puddle of water from the black beans at the bottom of the bowl. it was salad and toppings swimming on top of a puddle of bean water so it was hard to even finish this. just taking the food out the bag there was a puddle of bean water. it only takes a few seconds to drain when putting in the beans

Never order double meat for pickup. It barely had enough chicken on there for a “single” portion of meat. Waste of money. I wish I would have checked before leaving.
