To save your time, 5 years in the food industry and service. I can say the people making your food give insane attitude and horable service. Trying to purposely make a customer feel uncomfortable and stupid for saying “brown beans” instead pito beans. This is not the only time I often come here as it’s next to my home gym.

Love the food but the service at this particular location continues to get worse. I have visited this location about 4 - 5 times this year and every time the employees are very rude, unhelpful and just exhibit a bad attitude. It's consistent regardless of who is taking your order and that's what is so disappointing. I am not sure what is going on because it wasn’t always like this. And certainly don't ask them to do anything extra like separate out an item because that seems to be an incredible burden on them. Lastly I would just say that I'm glad I take my food out because it's kind of dirty in there as well.

The food is no different than any other chipotle. However, this review is about the service I received while eating there today. When I arrived, I was the only one in line and waited for a minute or two for service, which was fine. When the man came to take my order though, he rushed me and seemed annoyed when I didn’t answer immediately. When I didn’t hear his question and asked him to repeat it, he repeated it as if I was the village idiot, leaning in closer, saying every syllable incredible slow. I know this review might seem sensitive, but treating customers like a burden and acting condescendingly when they’re just trying to order really upsets me.

Customer service sucks and why do I ask for double meat and pay for it for them to give me a half of spoon of the meat. 21.00 it's ridiculous I am paying for the extra meat.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Takeout

I am very disappointed with the customer service I recently experienced at one of your locations(vineyard) regarding my takeout order. Upon arrival, I was informed that someone else had taken my order. Rather than an apology or an immediate effort to resolve the situation, the response I received was simply, “Oh, I guess somebody took it,” followed by a vague assurance that I would be helped shortly.

After waiting an additional 10 minutes with no update, I had to ask about my order again. The staff member I spoke with was not only unhelpful but also rude, stating that there were other orders ahead of mine—even though my order had been placed 20 minutes earlier. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or any attempt to expedite the replacement. When I finally received my food, the same employee displayed a poor attitude, making the experience even more frustrating.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way they are handled makes all the difference. There needs to be a better system in place for verifying order pickups and a more customer-focused approach when resolving errors. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for other customers.

the lady’s in the front today at 2:15pm on saturday january 18th. need absolute help. only offered a small or large drink then had an attitude when i had a free drink. the only one that was nice and seemed to be having a good day was the girl. the older lady’s need to be in the back cooking and not engaging with customers. HORRIBLE ATTITUDES !!!!
