We didn’t get to try the food, since my son just wanted to go check out the games. He loves the dinosaur shooting game, and it was one of the few games that were out of service. The place did have a funny smell. We won’t be going back, that’s for sure.

Attended this location for a birthday party. The location was CLEAN! The cleanest I've ever seen in one of these kid arcades! I was pleasantly surprised. None of the games were broken. Food was decent... For being chuck e cheese. Staff was attentive. They stamp the hands of each family member with the same number and check them on the way out. I've been to a few that don't do that anymore, so that was nice.

We had our son’s 4th birthday party there and had a pretty horrible experience. Not trying to be mean but our host seemed completely clueless. We purchased the birthday package where we could order 2 medium pizzas and 2 large pizzas. Tried ordering meat lovers pizza for the adults and she stated she didn’t know what it was. Asked for a supreme pizza and she stated she didn’t know what that is either and they probably didn’t have it (even though at the front menu, there’s a big sign that has both meat lovers and supreme pizzas). Ended up with 3 pepperoni pizzas and a semi meat lovers pizza. Barely saw her the rest of the time so received little service.
We then try to order some adult drinks from her but she said there’s too much going on so we should go order at the front. Went to the front to order two adult drinks. They scanned both our ids, put in the wrong order, canceled the order. Then tried to redo the order again but said since she scanned our ids already, that we have to wait an hour to actually order the drinks again.
Atmosphere: was decent but the tables were so close together that we could barely spend time there cause the people on both sides kept bumping into each other; basically stacking tables as close together as possible to fit as many parties as possible but makes for an uncomfortable experience.
Never going back to this location. And made our son’s birthday party a pretty poor experience.

The prize selection is so sad. Takes you a year to earn tickets and then you get to the counter and it’s depressing. My child’s dentist office has better prizes :(
Clean and well staffed. Manager seems to be running the place really well and he's also kind and doing a little bit of every job there.

The service at the Selma location has been absolutely phenomenal—truly outstanding! We used to frequent the location on 1604/281, but the customer service there was consistently disappointing. If there was an issue with our order, getting it resolved felt like pulling teeth. In stark contrast, the Selma staff seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, and the positive energy is infectious. No more sour faces—just smiles all around! And Chuck E. himself is so enthusiastic and engaged with the kids; it’s such a joy to see. We absolutely love it!

The night started with waiting 20 minutes in line to place my order. Multiple people at the front counter, yet only one register is open.
Secondly, I tried to find a clean table which was impossible. I had to clean my own table.
Then me and my hungry kids waited 40 minutes for our food?! Staff could care less, not even apologetic.
Lady at the front counter was the only positive part of our experience. She upselled everything, and did in fact apologize.
Will not return to this location. Completely unacceptable
