This sign is literally posted on the door of the “party room” but when I inquired with a manager today about renting it for my special needs daughters birthday, I was told it’s only used for storage and not being used as a party room, not now nor in the foreseeable future? Make that make sense….

This has been my neighbor Chuck e cheese since I was a baby girl myself in now 35, and have taken my 8 to son there since he was 2 .. That being said THE RESTROOMS ARE ALWAYS NASTY 🤢.(NASTY IS NOT EVEN THE WORD) they look like they haven't been cleaned since I was there as a child ! (OUR KIDS NEED TO USE THESE RR, AND EVEN THE WOMAN RR ARE DISGUSTING ! , lucky I have a son he can stand to pee but also have girl nieces that have to sit on the toilet.even if I put toilet paper,with the horrific n disgusting state of the rr it doesn't feel like enough protection from those nasty toilets!)I see all the replies from "management " to the comments that are complaining of the the unsanitary situations of the restrooms and they all say the same " we are sorry we strive for cleanliness and blah blah" BUT NOTHING IS/has been DONE! N IM SURE THERES BEEN Even MORE IN PERSON CUSTOMER Complaints ! EVEN ON SLOW DAYS WHEN THERE ISNT ANY PPL AT ALL THERE AND ITS JUST Opening UP FOR THE DAY, Restrooms still smell horrible!! ..I refuse to let myself,my son, or anyone of the kids IN the family to use those restrooms I am NOT EXAGGERATING ITS THAT BAD! With all the money they get they should be able to afford the proper cleaning supplies n staff to keep these restrooms clean EXSPECALLY BECAUSE OUR KIDS NEED TO USE THEM! We were extremely disappointed by the service we received. We paid 60$ for one large pizza, drink and a few game credits. We came because my son is autistic and he jumps as a way to regulate his body, its called stimming. and they have a new jumping attraction however it cost 24$ per kid to be let in to the trampoline. We couldn’t afford that after the 60 $ needless to say my son kept crying because they wouldn’t let him in the trampoline. Shame on you Chuck e cheese for denying a disabled boy access to a trampoline after their parent already spent 60$ in your establishment.

Had a really fun time with my son and daughter, just seeing those big smiles they had on their face and running around like "what shall we do first" there's nothing that could replace that. Place is a bit pricey and the food could be better other than that had a great evening.
