Put an order in online. Went to get it. Was told the drive thru can't be used to pick up online orders when the lobby is open. Also was told there was a 20 minute wait on chicken, thankfully I guess that only applies to in store customers. My wife went in. Several employees did ask if she had been helped, one individual was apparently upset to be working. She came out with our order. It was inaccurate. There was apparently an extra Macaroni and cheese instead of our extra mashed potatoes. Overall my wife indicated the bearded individual (no beard net) was rude. He then replaced the large mashed potatoes with 3 small ones. It doesn't matter if they equate to the same, it was overall a poor experience, and that left an even more sour note. We would easily advise missing this churches, until they lose the grumpy unhappy employees.

Nothing is in stock. Can't even offer a refund without physically going to the store. Most locations are like this, even KFC is better

Disgusting. We waited 20 minutes for chicken that seemingly had been out all day and got fresh biscuits

Went to buy some chicken, but the cashier was in the parking lot for some reason. Then I was made to wait 5 minutes before my order was even taken. Then when I got my order, the gravy was so hot I couldn't use it at all. The fries were lukewarm, and has no salt. Terrible service overall...

Can’t even remember simple shit like a jalepeno damn.

This location has to be a joke second time here and food is either burnt or uncooked, service sucks, no type of team work

Service here is always disappointing. They’re never prepared—there’s rarely any chicken ready. The staff often has an attitude and are rude, especially at the drive-thru. My order was wrong, too. Honestly, I love Church’s Chicken, but this location is not it. Don’t waste your time.

The crew is on point good customer service

Came through the drive thru and was disappointed with “ADAM” taking my order!!! He’s a person who THINKS HE OWNS THE PLACE!!
The food and the rest of the staff was A-Ok!

The person running the drive thru is rude and doesn't understand when someone has multiple orders not to be rude to the customer and nor want to help when picking up a oder and doing a order thru the drive thru that's why is call drive thru if they don't like your job then don't work there I have work in customer service over 25 years you should always treat the customer as you want to be treated

Mary, Jen, Adam, and Rebecca are the dream team. The food was amazing, the customer service was pristine, and the floors were so clean and the place smells like it is properly care for. 10's across the board!!!!!

It's churches you know what your getting 😏 be prepared to park your car off in the side the parking lot is small bit food comes out hot and right!
