Church's Texas Chicken

Saturday, December 7, 2024 9:20pm. my wife went to grab me dinner from the churches at this location on Perrin Beitel, San Antonio, Texas, (which I was looking forward to I may add) just to have my wife call and tell me how rude and obnoxious the lady at the window was I don’t know if she was like that due to her having long day and it was almost closing time, but that’s no excuse to treat any Customer the way she did. I’m very disappointed and I hope that churches will get to the bottom of this ASAP because now I have to go to the competitor which sucks but there are no other churches location near my place of residence.

So today the day I'm posting this review......my wife was flipped the bird by this toothless crackhead in the drive thru because my wife asked for a 3pc ALL LEG and I guess she was saving them for the other crackheads outside......which I've gotten thousands of times seeing that i live down the street......I'm going to make it my personal mission to see this place is shut down....meeting with the district Manager tomorrow and up the totem pole I go

Got to churches chicken December 12, 2024 at 6 PM. I put my order in. They had me waiting in the front and then the worker had given my order to another lady. #1 shitty on the person saying it’s their food #2 employee didn’t check receipts. 6 PM 30 minutes went by of me just waiting in my truck if I didn’t get down and ask about my food I would’ve been there even longer. They had given me another person‘s order and just replaced a couple of items. Cool when I asked about like what they were gonna do for the inconvenience for me waiting there 30 minutes they didn’t want to do anything. saying that they didn’t have no coupons when I asked the manager. He was like he can’t give you anything he was referring to the family meal . I can give you a three-piece meal and then start saying to write my name down. It’s so ridiculous. I should’ve just got a refund, but I mean just poor management not making the customer right so yeah don’t come here at 6 o’clock on a Monday.

I live in San Marcos , not going to that location again. Who ever the owner is hold your manager accountable for poor customer service.

Went to buy two family meals and they gave only chicken without the sides for both meals and I got charged for the family packs not just chicken

They never have spicy chicken and don’t even bother trying to give good service, place needs to get its stuff together

Went through drive thru, ordered a 16pc got home and was a 12pc only! Ordered SWEET TEA AND GOT UNWSWEET TEA. Mac & cheese has burnt pieces in it!

Definitely not worth the 60$ I spent. Not to mention nobody answers the phone!

Stay away from this church’s. It’s a complete disappointment.

Real friendly place the guy needs a real raise

We paid almost $40 for 2 meals, no senior or military discounts. I wanted okra and it would have been an extra charge. One of my pieces was extremely dry and the biscuits were undercooked! Last time I go there!

I try to look past the services but today was crazy waited over 20 minutes just to find out they gave my food to someone else. Then told it’s going to be 20 minutes just to get my chicken.

My wife went here to get some biscuits since our local church's was out. When she went in side the guy at the counter said "are you out new dishwasher because you look like a dishwasher". My wife said she just wanted to place an order and the man continued to make her extremely uncomfortable. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed, we will never be going here again as it's clearly not safe

I honestly wouldn’t come back. The cashier was rude, they forgot our bombers and honestly didn’t taste fresh. 😣 would have rather went somewhere else.

A+ service!! This Church's is on top of their game. Always have what I need and that's including plate setups!!!

Nice such nice customer service and lots to chose from, and good prices. Takes me back to my youth!
