Not very many dinner options and service has been super slow both times we have dined here.
Amazing food. 5 star quality.
Ate here several times while staying on property and every meal was excellent along with good service! Breakfast was always quick which was helpful while needing to eat but also get to the programming of the conference I was there for! I docked a star because it is pretty pricey for meals here and even if things were just a few dollars less it would feel like an even better experience!
Beautiful setting. Buffet looked great, especially the desserts! We were with our kids and grandkids, so that made up for the so so food and service.
Pretty expensive for a buffet but the location and ambiance made sense for the cost. Paying for that not necessarily the food
Pretty good food overall!!! The wait time for our food was very very long so keep that in mind if you have somewhere to be.
Food was fine hotel quality. Also had breakfast the next day but was not impressed at all with that.
We’re staying so this is the best breakfast option; extremely friendly staff, no pressure to order the buffet, and the manager came over to offer us a special treat because I asked about the local jams. We also found out all the pastries except the English muffins are made onsite, all of the ones we tried were top notch. The price is a little high, but you’re paying for the atmosphere & the quality of the food, which I don’t mind doing.
My husband and I had a fantastic dinner at Cibolo Moon! We shared a Cesar Salad - which was fresh and light - just perfect. For our mains, I had the snapper and my husband had the Cowboy Ribeye steak - both were delicious. Even more than the food the service was off the charts and such a welcome treat. All too often these days is it subpar. Thank you for the superb service and wonderful dinner!
The server and the atmosphere were great. Our group of business travelers experienced the worst food of all our travels. Ribeye was 70% fat and flavorless. Mac and cheese had overwhelming spice (heat). The filet steak was also flavorless, and shrimp and grits forgot the grits. This food was a big stray from normal hotel food and should be considered an embarrassment to Marriott for allowing it to be served at this elegant property. A $260 experience followed up by a fast food drive.

Service was great. Food was an absolute miss, not really Tex Mex at all but our server, Makayla was excellent and very knowledgeable
The only reason why we made reservations here was for outdoor seating. And they apparently started construction and moved us to a noisy corner table in the middle of the restaurant. Zero outside seating. The food was not good at all. My son just ordered the chicken pasta and couldn't even eat it because it was so spicy and there was no description of it being spicy at all. My other son had the pork chop and it was completely undercooked and raw. And then they overcharged us a messed up our bill at the end so took figuring out what are appropriate charges even work. They put more food on our ticket. It was a horrible experience
The filet mignon was excellent. Sweet potatoes were seasoned just right. My husband got the pork chop and said it was superb. Our server was Jonathan and he was awesome!
Very nice place to dine. Staff was super friendly and courteous. The food was great. Nice dining experience. Plan on going back.
A little strange. The restaurant is overly voluminous. Feels a bit like a Las Vegas cafeteria.
