Food was fine hotel quality. Also had breakfast the next day but was not impressed at all with that.
My husband and I had a fantastic dinner at Cibolo Moon! We shared a Cesar Salad - which was fresh and light - just perfect. For our mains, I had the snapper and my husband had the Cowboy Ribeye steak - both were delicious. Even more than the food the service was off the charts and such a welcome treat. All too often these days is it subpar. Thank you for the superb service and wonderful dinner!
The only reason why we made reservations here was for outdoor seating. And they apparently started construction and moved us to a noisy corner table in the middle of the restaurant. Zero outside seating. The food was not good at all. My son just ordered the chicken pasta and couldn't even eat it because it was so spicy and there was no description of it being spicy at all. My other son had the pork chop and it was completely undercooked and raw. And then they overcharged us a messed up our bill at the end so took figuring out what are appropriate charges even work. They put more food on our ticket. It was a horrible experience
The filet mignon was excellent. Sweet potatoes were seasoned just right. My husband got the pork chop and said it was superb. Our server was Jonathan and he was awesome!
Very nice place to dine. Staff was super friendly and courteous. The food was great. Nice dining experience. Plan on going back.
A little strange. The restaurant is overly voluminous. Feels a bit like a Las Vegas cafeteria.
We had chips and drinks only. The drinks were delicious with many choices. Chips were great with salsa and guacamole.
Their outdoor seating is fantastic and very relaxing

I was really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. First, they ran out of pork chops by 7 pm, which was disappointing. The queso we ordered was lukewarm and about as good as what you'd find at a fast-food place. The snapper was slightly overcooked and too salty, while the loaded baked potato tasted like it had been sitting out for a while and wasn’t very 'loaded.'
The saving grace of the evening was our server, who was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the best of the situation. However, the overall food quality didn’t match the service, which was a letdown.

We have dined here often over the years and took out of town friends to eat last Monday. Dinner, drinks and atmosphere was great BUT we had to pay over $17 to park!!!! Guess this is a new feature and not a good one! Hard to believe spending over $275 and were at the facility for 1 1/2 hours and had to pay to park. I hope they resolve this issue soon!!!!

The filet and shrimp dishes were very good, as were the drinks! Our waitress, Natalie, was excellent. The only negative was the parking. We decided to use valet. We paid for that before we left the hotel. When we went down the hill to exit, they charged us for parking again ($17) as if we had self-parked. We argued, and they said it was a new thing that just started that day. VERY disappointed in paying two exorbitant prices for parking with no upfront knowledge of the situation.
The food was just “good”, the seating service up front was terrible! We had reservations and they were ridiculously unorganized and rude! The waiter was just ok and it was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk!
The atmosphere and service were exceptional! The ribeye was fine, but I’ve had much better steaks at Texas Roadhouse for half the cost.
