Very rude staff! Cashier wanted to sell me Cinnabon rolls from the box, they looked like have been packed a couple of days ago. I asked for fresh Cinnamon rolls (they had them). Cashier was talking to her colleagues, with other clients but not putting rolls in the box. We were waiting for her. And even when she put the rolls in the box she did not give them and was continuing to talk with her peers.

The older lady at the front was SO hateful. She started off by looking me and the girl I was with up and down and making a disgusted face; then proceeding to as disgustingly as she could ask if our order was going to be together. She then brought our food with no sides to go with the soup (it comes with a choice of breadsticks or crackers) I checked the food before leaving and asked very nicely if I could have some breadsticks to go with my soup and before I even finished she hissed "you didn't ask for that" okay it comes with my meal lady... anyways the food was sub par for us both and the breadsticks were the best thing out of everything so glad we got them. Place was cute but the atmosphere was not there.

Malcom and the manager were great! Great customer service and even better food ! Highly recommend if you want a snack or take the family out for a great meal with great fast service!

I literally ordered a sandwich with only lettuce, tomato, olives, turkey and Mayo, yet they added cheese and salami, I JUST WANTED A NORMAL ORDER WITH NO CHEESE BUT NO I HAD TO SKRAPE IT OFF GRRRR, guy was nice tho

Great Deluxe Sandwich. I always get the med. Don't let the name fool you, there's nothing med about this big boy. If you like a Great Sandwich. I recommend this one if You Are Hungry.

Had a company lunch here and was really pleased with the quality of the food. Sometimes in "fast food" you "get what they have"... Schlotzsky's is only as good as their bread, and they knocked the ball out of the park. A regular original and it was the best one I have ever had at Schlotsky's, 20 years experience speaking here.. Will return
