My family are here from Parker Colorado our son just graduated from the Air Force
We are used to the real authentic Barbacoa. Which is very hard to find. Usually they try to sell you shredded leg as Barbacoa which is very dry and it does not have the same taste or the same flavor but let me tell you Claudia‘s Mexican restaurant. I order 2 pounds of Barbacoa. I was not expecting to get homemade flour tortillas warm so good and the Barbacoa was exactly what we are expecting....read full review
The size and the taste of the Tacos were not like they used to be. The Bacon, Egg and cheese taco I had the tortilla was burnt, with little filling and you couldn't taste the bacon. I have ate at Claudias before and at that time the food was amazing. I am very disappointed with the food I had last week. I will think twice about going to Claudias again.
