A bit of a wait but well worth it. Arrive was fast for it being packed on a Saturday. I enjoyed my iced latte with hazelnut it went down really smooth and that's cuz I'm really picky about the sweetness of my coffees. The sweetness level was just right. Plenty of outdoor seating.

From order to take away it took MAYBE 5 minutes to have my caramel latte. Relaxing environment with lovely views, friendly staff that listed options for me instead of just running through the screens. Prices reflect the location. Remember, you're not making a cup of coffee at home. You came downtown to eat, drink and absorb downtown. Well done guys.

On 3/17/24, I ordered food and an iced coffee with pistachio syrup. The drink was awful and incredibly sweet. I went to the cashier to ask if they could make it again for me, and they just had an attitude the entire time and talked about me. They told me to go sit down and that they'd bring it out, but their attitude toward me was so bad I thought they were going to do something to my drink. I stood there and watched them make me a new drink. I won't be returning.

I was happy to find a comfortable coffee shop that was off the River Walk. The ambiance is pleasant and welcoming with a nice indoor seating area and plenty of space in an adjoining lobby or outside patio. However, neither the coffee nor the service was very welcoming. First, I ordered a cappuccino. The only milk options were whole milk, almond, or oat. I find whole milk too rich and prefer low fat or skim. Not having these options seems pretty limiting. Once, I received my coffee, the coffee was extremely bitter. I am not sure how they roast their beans but it did not taste like an espresso roast. I couldn't drink it. Second, the service. When I approached the counter, no one was in line but the barista was busy. They did not notice me for enough time for it to be uncomfortable. Then, someone came from the back to take my order. They hardly regarded me and responded to my questions about the milk very curtly.

We had breakfast and coffee while visiting San Antonio and it was way better that Starbucks. I had a cappuccino and avocado toast with smoked salmon. The food was good! I wanted to order another order.

My squadron and I came here for a breakfast meeting (about 15-20 of us). The space is nice, but the customer service was awful, and the coffee was very bitter. Several of my coworkers thought the coffee had a bit of a burnt taste. The pastry's were good, but the breakfast tacos were just okay. This coffee shop is located inside of a business building, and was pretty clean. Despite the coffee not being my favorite I would've appreciated the barista being nicer, but I wouldn't recommend this coffee shop. Two stars is for cleanliness and decor.

The espresso was a little acidic for my tastes but had a good flavor to it. The ambiance was nice, especially considering we didn't realize it was in an office building. The baristas were also very kind.

We waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees. Unimpressed. They seem very understaffed. Coffee was decent but not worth that kind of wait.

I love the commonwealth coffeehouse bakeries. I've been to all of them all over town and this one is no different. They know what they're doing. Their establishments are clean and peaceful. They're food is tasty and their coffee is delicious. My personal favorite is the sin nombre iced or hot. I'm addicted and I would have it every day if I could. I get a breakfast taco with extras and it satisfies every single time. Never misses.

The croissant sandwich is flaky, buttery and delish! The avo toast was just as tasty but could use some seasoning of some sort to add some pizazz. Love the ambiance and vibes here! Oh, and you have to try the spiced caramel coffee - so good!
