Oasis Cafe is a local gem that offers a delightful dining experience. The service is amazing, and the food is exceptional. The chorizo migas, with no greasy chorizo and perfectly crispy tortillas, are a standout dish. The juevos rancheros and other Tex-Mex classics are available at a fraction of the cost of trendier establishments, providing great value for money. The restaurant's old-school charm and homemade, handcrafted dishes make it a favorite among both locals and the occasional tourist. The Carne Guisado is amazing, and the flour tortillas are much better than the corn. The salsas are tasty, and the orange one has more of a kick. It's a mom-and-pop Mexican restaurant, not fancy but with the best-tasting food.
