4 star service. Fast welcoming people. Not the greatest little building. Needs an overhaul. I understand very dated building but it’s really old. No place to sit to enjoy a snack.
Staff was nice. Inside is quite small space with practically no seating so it is grab and go. With a crowd of people I think my drink took around 10 minutes. I got the chestnut praline latte which did not really have strongly distinct notes, but was a sweet latte. I also got the sausage and egg English muffin sandwich which was fluffier than I expected so I would recommend that.

I placed a mobile order online and spent 24 dollars on two drinks. The baristas failed to read the instructions and left out the whip cream on both drinks, they placed the flat lids instead. I know they still make Frappuccinos. Why can't people think outside the box and why do they not care? We are paying customers, I'm so disappointed. Coming from a former barista.
