I placed a mobile order online and spent 24 dollars on two drinks. The baristas failed to read the instructions and left out the whip cream on both drinks, they placed the flat lids instead. I know they still make Frappuccinos. Why can't people think outside the box and why do they not care? We are paying customers, I'm so disappointed. Coming from a former barista.

They love to take their time no urgency at all . It seems like they only cater to tourist because as a local I had to wait 30 min for my mobile order !! On top of the inconvenience of not having a parking lot t least the chick fila here in dt has a drive through like Starbucks makes enough revenue to make a drive thru..

How does a Starbucks consistently not have coffee for sale? A coffee shop with no coffee. Lol. Funny and sad at the same time.

All of my worst Starbucks experiences have been at this store. From not opening on time to getting my order wrong, I just can't understand why I have gone back! Due to the number of homeless that loiter and go to the store, they have removed all benches and tables and chairs. The feeling is stark, unwelcoming, and sterile. My dark roast this morning was absolutely terrible.

Place is really nice but unfortunately the service is very bad. I clearly asked if they offered refills and that if they didn't that I was more than willing to pay for the coffee. After a dreadful 5 minutes of arguments between them they reluctantly accepted to giving me the refill. After 20 minutes of waiting without any other customer in front I just had to leave empty handed.
