Went to dinner for my 8 yr olds birthday, and we had one of the best experiences! We absolutely loved our server, Allen! He was so sweet and accommodating. I look forward to coming back and asking for them again

I've loved cracker barrel since iwas a kid but im not too sure what's happened since then, or maybe it's just been an unlucky occurrence. The past 2 times I've come to this location my food was barely room temperature, and didn't have the item orgainly wanted in stock :( The only thing that I could say really brought the experience up was the drinks and the staff. Staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful with the whole experience. Overall the staff and workers and amazing, only thing is the food that could use improvement.

Horrible service, our table was ignored and our food came out after everyone around us. (They arrived a good 10 minutes after us). Our food was lukewarm at best and we never saw our server until she brought us our check. When we went to pay my partner didn't know where to pay and the lady ignored him, then when he asked again she said "I heard you the first time" in a very rude tone. I've never had a visit go this bad and it makes me not want to return.
