We were seated as soon as we arrived but then sat there and waited for over 15 minutes for a server to come by and ask us for our drink order. The customers that had been seated next to us received drinks and food before we even ordered. When I asked the hostess when who our server was, she replied that she would be right with you. There is no apology from the server or management for the unreasonable wait time since the restaurant was nearly empty with over 10 waiters and waiters.

You can never go wrong with Cracker BarrelAfter a nice late dinner after a long road trip we decided to park the rv in the back and spend the night. Thank you for letting us stay after having a horrible experience at rv park we reserved. /

Servers here are very inattentive. Hardly ever check on you only until your almost done eating then they come to give you your check. No refills and forget about asking if your food is ok.and what’s up with the reduced menu? Not happy with the food here anymore .
