Horrible service. Restrooms Horrible. Bartenders are just as bad. No AC. "Owner" and their whole ESTABLISHMENT are very unprofessional. They just swipe everything underneath the rug and dont take accountability. Save yourself the trouble.

Terrible place with terrible bartenders. Funny how the majority of high star reviews are blank to offset the truthful 1 star reviews. If you're looking for a place to fight trash employees, this is your spot.

If I had the option to give this place negative stars, I wouldn't hesitate for a second. Unfortunately, I’m forced to settle for one star, and that’s honestly far too generous for what can only be described as an utter disaster of a bar. I typically have a pretty laid-back attitude when it comes to bar experiences—I'm not easily bothered—but this place completely shattered my patience and set a new low for what I thought was possible. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I'd entered some sort of dystopian nightmare: the kind where nothing makes sense, everyone’s miserable, and you can’t escape quickly enough. The drinks were borderline undrinkable, watered down to the point where they barely resembled alcohol. And the prices? Absolutely absurd for what you get—nothing but overpriced disappointment.

But the worst part? The staff. If you enjoy being treated like absolute garbage, then you'll fit right in here. The bartenders were rude, dismissive, and openly hostile, giving off this toxic, condescending vibe that made me feel like I was an inconvenience just by being there. It felt less like a bar and more like a place where customers are meant to feel like a nuisance, and the service was so bad, it actually left me feeling physically uncomfortable. I don't even want to get into the noise level; it was like being hit with an assault of blaring music that felt more like a weapon than an atmosphere.

And, just when I thought things couldn’t get worse, I witnessed one of the bartenders physically assault a customer. No exaggeration—it was as if the staff had no concept of basic human decency or professionalism. Honestly, the whole experience left me appalled and disgusted. If you have any respect for yourself or your hard-earned money, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this miserable excuse for a bar.

Physically aggressive staff who drink on the job and cannot be trusted with open tabs/money.

Very unprofessional with the bartender's, you have the workers and off the clock workers trying to fight customers , These are female workers

First time trying this place out there were several people inside who said they were still closed. We came back after they were supposed to be open, and the doors were still locked. They didn't even talk to us after that. Came back a few more times well after when they're supposed to open, and it's been empty, lights off and doors locked. Is this place even still open or do the employees just show up when they feel like it?

If you’re looking for a Goth bar this definitely is not it , trendy music
Rude staff , long lines , specialty cocktails we’re terrible and tasted like nothing but water or sour
Bathrooms are always flooded

I’ve given this place too many chances, but I refuse to give it any more of my money

Hopefully their second located has a better staff and drinks!

15.00 for a tiny mixed watered down drink from a rude bartender is totally unacceptable. It smells like urine and the music was absolutely garbage!!!

Very first time coming to Cream and have to say it was pretty lukewarm.

Service was iffy, had a problem with my tab that I had started and after some back and forth they basically threw their hands up and said “I don’t know”. The problem I had wasn’t really resolved even after talking to another bartender attempting to resolve the issue. There was no real attempt made to resolve anything.

Music is a bit loud for my taste, doesn’t exactly encourage hanging out with friends, and could barely hear the bartenders.

Men’s bathroom was pretty atrocious, which I guess should’ve been expected but like come on man.

Overall first and most likely last time I try this place out unfortunately.

Sound system is horrible. It was uncomfortably hot.

Rude, hipster type clients. I found a spot at the bar that was empty. A kid with his click puller up to the area I was sitting at and said, "this is the corner I always sit at." Loud enough to make sure I got the message. His friends surrounded me on the left and right and talked through me. I eventually moved and sat at a table away from them so he could have "his spot" back.

On a good note: Bartenders and other staff members were great.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps and a wheelchair accesible bathroom technically speaking but realistically, it would be difficult to navigate in a chair

I’ve been here a handful of times and have always loved it. The music, the atmosphere. Everything. Recently I just went on Halloween, which now I know it was going to be busy. Completely Understandable. But the service I received from the bartender to the right when you are facing the bar was horrible. I didn’t catch her name. She was unbelievably rude and very negative. I was going to give her the benefit because it was busy but then multiple people also told me how rude she was to them. If you don’t want to be there… why work there? Girl to the left side tho dressed as a devil (I believe) was happy to help with whatever. Thank you for that!
