The food was fresh, seasoned well, and reasonably priced. The staff did a phenomenal job recommending food choices that their restaurant was known for. The food did not disappoint, leaving customers in search of a southern comfort meal feeling they found their new spot. Everything was very good and very tasty. The staff was friendly and attentive. Customers enjoyed the Oxtails, which were tender, and the corn was cooked perfectly and sweet. The cabbage surprised them because it was tender and flavorful. Shrimp with fries were good, if a bit salty. The fish plate with mashed potatoes and Mac n Cheese was also fabulous. Smothered pork chops, fish and chicken, and greens were all great. The food was all seasoned well, and the catfish plate was really good.
