From start to finish, Steve and his team were our dream wedding caterer. The brisket was some of the best I’ve ever had and the shrimp Alfredo (never thought I would have that at our wedding), gave the brisket a run for its money. Our guests raved about it all!

I cannot say enough great things about these folks. The food was excellent. And I'm not just saying that, it may be the best shrimp I've ever eaten in my life. Super easy to work with. We use them for our wedding and they communicated well with us and our coordinators at all times. The staff that worked our wedding for the bar were even having a good time with us. Lovely people. Great food. Good vibes. All you need.

Daddy’s Smokin’ Shack catered our wedding this past Saturday. Steve was AMAZING to work with and so was his staff! Everyone was so incredibly respectful and even brought us plates as soon as we sat down. The food was so good and we were complimented on it the entire night. I ended up switching from a previous caterer to Daddy’s Smokin Shack because I was so impressed and had heard amazing things from friends and family. Steve made sure to answer all of the questions I had and accommodated all of our needs. There is no one I would recommend more highly than this company and staff. Daddy’s Smokin’ Shack catered a rehearsal dinner at our hotel last night and did an excellent job. The staff put together a beautiful setup, had amazing food, did a great job with the bar, and cleaned so well you couldn’t tell there was even a party. We’d be elated to have them back anytime!
