This place should definitely reinvest in new employees, my wife should not wait an hour to get 3 small dipped cones. This specific location should either be ashamed and fired and re trained or closed down, absolutely not worth your dq trip. Definitely go to another location.

Ordered 2 number 4s (burgers) with chips and recieved a 2, 4 peice chickens with chips. Idk how you mess up that bad. Youngish dude in the manager shirt served us. Other worker offered to pay and fix it even though it wasn't his fault.

Ordered the 4 piece chicken strips and 6 piece steak finger basket. I got short changed 2 steak fingers. Food was fresh and hot. I tried calling back but they were already closed. On returns they want you to take the food back. But anyone can say that they left two pieces out and blue. Now it's all if the cook remembers to get them replaced

The lady who took my order was awesome! My dental issues dictate my eating and drinking choices so that being said, she managed to make my brownie batter blizzard with a substitution that I was able to consume. DELICIOUSLY DELICIOUS 😋

Very clean! All the staff are Nice. Randy the manager is very helpful and involved. They get everything out pretty fast. Made when ordered. So it's always fresh . Love the tacos!!!!!

This was just a weird experience.. I went through the drive through didn't get taco sauce. Parked went inside. A girl came up to the counter I let her know so she could just grab real quick. She legit said okay thank you and just walked off. I saw about 5 employees doing nothing. 10 Mins later complete misunderstanding about who I was with. I was by myself just waiting on taco sauce. The whole thing was different. Definitely poor customer service. Of course my food was slightly cold waiting and tacos looked like they were put together by a toddler. 👎

I can't say enough about how good the burgers are here! Everything is hot with fresh vegetables and is neatly wrapped. I'm also a fan of the Blizzard. Good food and a good dessert.

Waited 20 minutes for ice cream that the cashier claimed she never took our order. Wonder where our receipt came from that the manager òn shift had to provide a refund with?
