This was a really disappointing experience. We ordered two 6-piece steak finger combos with extra gravy and a Dude sandwich combo. We waited over 20 minutes for our food, and when it finally came out, everything tasted old and definitely not fresh. On top of that, we were missing both extra gravies we paid for and were also missing the fries from the Dude sandwich combo entirely. The amount of fries we did get with the steak finger boxes was honestly sad. What made this worse was calling the store to let them know about the issues. The person I spoke to was very rude and said, “What do you want us to do?” There was zero concern, no apology, and no effort to fix the problem. They genuinely did not care. Long wait, cold/old food, missing items, and awful customer service. Won’t be coming back.

I was as the table with my friends when a short Mexican boy came up, he was kind but he smelled really bad, it was so bad I had to ask the nice lady Tasha to change my drink because the top smelled like him, please make sure if he’s working with customers that he smells better also he had food in he’s teeth.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the staff are so rude (especially the Hispanic girl with braces), it seems they're always out of almost any blizzard, the girl with the braces is always short with me and so rude, if I had a different dq near me, I would never go here again, I hate that dq (the place that should be friendly) is so rude and such a hateful atmosphere. They never even do the ice-cream the way you're supposed to. 0/10 would NEVER recommend (p.s the picture is my hunger buster today, took 1 bite and was absolutely disappointed, it was burnt and smashed, ended up getting a refund bc im not paying for food I dont even wanna finish...)

I seriously have to shout out this Dairy Queen! We called so many locations around San Antonio and everyone was either super rude or said same-day cakes weren’t possible. This location was the complete opposite — they were so friendly, so helpful, and they made our cake the same day without any attitude at all.
The cake turned out delicious and honestly exceeded our expectations. Thank y’all for saving the day and giving us such great service. We’ll definitely be coming back

The hot dog was horrible it was completely black Harley any chilli a cheese . Just disgusting!!! I would like to get a refund or and re make for another time bc this is unacceptable. The tacos weren’t any better. If you can reach back to me . They need to do better !!

This place just needs to be ashamed I spent $33.89 and my food was so nasty no meat in my tacos my burger was just lettuce no mayo the meat was old you can taste old food I took one bite and got disappointed so they were closing when I went but that is no excuse for poor service and cold food the fries were so hard it didn’t make no sense like really I done spent my hard working money on my childhood favorite place but not anymore I’m so irritated. The lady said I can get a refund but then not I gotta call Cody and then she said Cody’s not gonna answer leave him a message I work fast food I know the standards of what we can and can’t do. Very poor service and management.
