It has declined so much … I use to love taking my girls there but now it’s not so good and a waste of money … I don’t know who the manager is at night and the staff but they need people there who want to cater great service to people..

This place just needs to be ashamed I spent $33.89 and my food was so nasty no meat in my tacos my burger was just lettuce no mayo the meat was old you can taste old food I took one bite and got disappointed so they were closing when I went but that is no excuse for poor service and cold food the fries were so hard it didn’t make no sense like really I done spent my hard working money on my childhood favorite place but not anymore I’m so irritated. The lady said I can get a refund but then not I gotta call Cody and then she said Cody’s not gonna answer leave him a message I work fast food I know the standards of what we can and can’t do. Very poor service and management.

Fry's had no salt. Always have to Wait long in the drive-thru. The woman who took my order seemed rude when she couldn't get my order right probably won't be back to this location

This place should definitely reinvest in new employees, my wife should not wait an hour to get 3 small dipped cones. This specific location should either be ashamed and fired and re trained or closed down, absolutely not worth your dq trip. Definitely go to another location.

Ordered 2 number 4s (burgers) with chips and recieved a 2, 4 peice chickens with chips. Idk how you mess up that bad. Youngish dude in the manager shirt served us. Other worker offered to pay and fix it even though it wasn't his fault.

Ordered the 4 piece chicken strips and 6 piece steak finger basket. I got short changed 2 steak fingers. Food was fresh and hot. I tried calling back but they were already closed. On returns they want you to take the food back. But anyone can say that they left two pieces out and blue. Now it's all if the cook remembers to get them replaced
