Dairy Queen is an acceptable place to eat with courteous staff and OK food. The service can be slow, but the staff is polite. The dining area had some flies. The food was great, and the service was quick and helpful. A nice gentleman named Anthony was very polite and helpful, refusing a tip as they don't accept them. Customers have experienced issues like ordering a vanilla sundae but being charged for one, and a banana split blizzard that was not properly mixed, with only half of it containing the ingredients. None of the fryers were working during one visit. Customers also noted frequent shortages of bananas for banana splits and parking issues with the car lot owner across the street. Additionally, some have trouble using their app at this location, as staff may not recognize it is for this store, making it difficult to earn rewards.
