Currently sitting in lobby waiting for pizza that was ordered online yesterday for 1:30 pick up today. I arrived to a long line and people in my same situation and being told 30 min wait for pre ordered or online order. Many customers are upset and getting ratchet with their passive aggressive, verbally abusive comments calling the staff disorganized and lazy. Pizza was good but seems like every time we go to the Little Caesars either they're out of pizza and have a long wait or they are only taking cash. So be ready for one of the 2.

We used the drive thru. Had to wait 30 to order. (I guess the speaker wasn't working because they asked everyone to order at the window).
