I have had lunch at this establishment a couple of times now, therefore I feel I can fairly review it. First impression as you walk in is that this place has seen better days. It is old and run down with a persistent musty smell. It is not overpowering, but you can smell it. Lunchtime was not busy, but the service was slow.
