Really this location is the best, the staff are so friendly never rude service. Probably out of any fast food restaurants I have ever had, and that's a lot 😂 lol the by far cleanest tasting fried foods by far. Also the restaurant as well as the restroom is the cleanest I ever see, especially for it being on the west side!! Hands down would recommend this Dairy Queen any day.
Manager name Jose has the location very clean. Good man employee very nice. He's also patient with homeless he's pd for food so they leave the area. I highly recommend Jose for recognition he is awesome A+ to him and this restaurant...36th n Culebra SA, TX...
Me and my wife were served in the drive through window by a young man on May 22nd 6:47 pm. He was respectful, reassuring, understanding and polite. He filled out the multiple tiny request I had like more taco sauce and explaining other menu items clearly without visual signs of getting annoyed or upset. He even took my wife’s request for a cup of ice free of charge!
