I found a metal screw at the bottom of my fries. Tried to call but the phone was off the hook. Then I went back, the night manager didn’t believe me that it came from the kitchen, and said it was my word again theirs. Said they would’ve caught it going out like that. Like they don’t forget to add the condiments or napkins. Didn’t expect to be treated like a liar for bringing it to their attention.
Was an online order, drive thru busy so switch to curbside waiting 10 minutes went inside wait another 5 for a wrong order and cold hashbrowns. McDonald's getting worse and worse.

I purchased 12 dollars at the San antonio Culebra location near Walmart and Woodlawn around 9:50. I walked out to my car where my girlfriend was to let her know I couldn't relieve myself in the bathroom and to give her the car keys in case she needed AC.Six minutes before 10 the door was closed and locked and I couldn't make it back into the building to claim my order.
