Even though I did a mobile order to pick up at drive thru, they never have it ready when I arrived, spent more than 45 min in line to pick it up and when finally get at the window to pick up my order, they never have it, they tell me to move to next window to wait for my items because they can't find it even when they ask me for the code at the speaker, then when they finally give me the order, was wrong, missing items and prepared wrong, definitely worst experience buying fast foodBy the way, place order at 1:43am, get at restaurant at 1:58am, get my food at 2:53am

Manager had no control of line. Employees were messing up orders, on their phones and not wearing gloves while preparing food.Service took 40 minutes, for the food to still be cold. The owner should be embarrassed by the leadership representing their franchise.

I purchased 12 dollars at the San antonio Culebra location near Walmart and Woodlawn around 9:50. I walked out to my car where my girlfriend was to let her know I couldn't relieve myself in the bathroom and to give her the car keys in case she needed AC.Six minutes before 10 the door was closed and locked and I couldn't make it back into the building to claim my order. Another person outside was crying their bag was left inside, again, about 6 minutes before closing time.I did not get the food I paid for.I am really upset that I was denied the ability to get the food I wanted because I wanted to give my girlfriend the car keys in the parking lot seven or six minutes before closing.I need more than a refund to consider mcdonalds again for future meals.I am worried about the old woman crying about her bag, her ID, her money and everything being g stolen by the store than anything related to my order.

I found a metal screw at the bottom of my fries. Tried to call but the phone was off the hook. Then I went back, the night manager didn’t believe me that it came from the kitchen, and said it was my word again theirs. Said they would’ve caught it going out like that. Like they don’t forget to add the condiments or napkins. Didn’t expect to be treated like a liar for bringing it to their attention.
