My girlfriend stepped in pee after take off her sandal in the right spot. I smell it. Peyou lol. Must have been a kid. Managers got right on it and gave her new socks amazing good food good service.

Fun but small

We came in to Dine in first then to play games afterwards. Food was great. The calamari was a bit over fried but the egg rolls were really food. Also had the boneless buffalo wings and the Parmesan chicken Caesar salad, so good. The manager Liam came around checking in on us, Jessica was our waiter and she was very attentive.

Spent 15 minutes sitting at their bar and was never approached or spoken to by an employee. When I tried to waive people down, they gave me a just a minute signal but never came back after 5 mins. There were at least 3 other people waiting for service with me. Very understaffed spot for a Saturday afternoon

I had a blast at this Dave & Buster's and it's on the Riverwalk. Great atmosphere, Great food, awesome server. Redwater Dragons Band Was in the house for a fun night. It was also trivia game night. Experience was awesome. Will recommend and visit again. We can in fourth place on trivia.

This Dave and Buster’s inside the San Antonio mall delivered some of the worst service we have experienced. It took 20 minutes just to get iced teas. Our food had to be ordered, then re-ordered, and then arrived in slow, scattered batches. We eventually had to track down the front hostess to locate the manager, who explained that there were 150 band kids in the back. We are those parents, so we already knew that, and for the record, another restaurant handled our entire group the night before with excellent service and no issues.

The kids said their meals were tiny sliders, five soggy fries, and small pizzas with a single large pepperoni placed on top. Our server eventually came back with our food, plus additional dishes we never ordered. The manager apologized and promised a discount across all three of our checks, but that discount ended up canceling out the veteran discount one of our friends was expecting.

To make things worse, when the bills finally arrived, they were completely jumbled. We only had seven people, yet our checks were mixed together with items from one another’s orders. The waitress had to go around asking each person what they ordered all over again. At that point, the entire experience had become chaotic and frustrating.

Because of all the delays, we even missed our scheduled Alamo photo opportunity. This was poor management from top to bottom, and we will not be returning or recommending this location for future competitions.

The food is amazing! Customer service was amazing definitely recommend coming here. Everything we got to eat was absolutely delicious. Definitely would give a shout out to Oscar and Tina.

Let’s get right into it. There are only three workers I saw. I wanted to order food to go but couldn’t find anyone. Got a soft drink from the bar but that’s about it.

The food was excellent but when we had to pay our share of the bill the waitress gave us the wrong bill which caused a fight amongst our group of people that had split the bill. The waitress told us she couldn't refund our money so it caused a fight outside the establishment.
