I had reserved a king balcony room back in September of 2025. We arrived November 26 for our stay. The room I reserved wasn’t available. The manager upgraded our room to an absolutely beautiful corner king balcony room overlooking Alamo Plaza. Service from every employee there was exemplary. My wife and I forgot our jackets in the room, and the general manager, Mr O’Neal has been absolutely fabulous in helping us find the jackets and return them to us. A Superbly Elegant Historical Hotel that's highly recommended!!
Love the location! Rooms are clean and the garden just outside the lobby is beautiful!
