Walked up and was told to order on the kiosk. There was nobody else eating there, should have been a big clue. Waited 14 minutes to get a sandwich, 5 of Which was while the workers talked to random people in the food court (nobody behind the counter), 9 of Which was while they talked amongst themselves (behind the counter) instead of making my sandwich. And my order was the only order. Not good.

For a place in the mall, this was pretty good. The staff were friendly. But the area is located in is warmer than the rest of the mall, their soda machine needs maintenance, and the checkout experience wasn't intuitive. Grateful for a fresh sandwich in the heat, that's for sure!

What a turn around! The new owners are definitely striving to improve the place. Working on improving, and training for better customer service,quality of food and a dine in culture that's family oriented.
