Walked up and was told to order on the kiosk. There was nobody else eating there, should have been a big clue. Waited 14 minutes to get a sandwich, 5 of Which was while the workers talked to random people in the food court (nobody behind the counter), 9 of Which was while they talked amongst themselves (behind the counter) instead of making my sandwich. And my order was the only order. Not good.

Went to this location on 7/21/23 @1:20 pm.My Granddaughter was waiting and Noone was working the counter.Thier mother went over and caught one of the worker's attention and ask is anyone taking orders.The worker replied "We are not taking order we are out of meat."There was no sign visible indicating the counter was closed.It is rediculus.The worst customer service I have ever seen.I have worked I several types of customer service and the Management in my opinion is not doing a good job.Basically, a sandwich shop should never run out of meat. PUTTING MEAT ON A BREAD IS THIER REASON FOR THIER EXISTENCE.ALSO, THERE WERE PEOPLE STANDING THERE WAITING TO HELPED AND NO ONE WALK OVER TO TELL THEY CLOSED DOWN BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF MEAT.I CAN'T ANSWER THE SURVEY QUESTIONS BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF MEAT
For a place in the mall, this was pretty good. The staff were friendly. But the area is located in is warmer than the rest of the mall, their soda machine needs maintenance, and the checkout experience wasn't intuitive. Grateful for a fresh sandwich in the heat, that's for sure!

What a turn around! The new owners are definitely striving to improve the place. Working on improving, and training for better customer service,quality of food and a dine in culture that's family oriented. One step at a time, this place is growing back to it's former glory!Amazing atmosphere and ? ?Located conveniently next to the Legoland in Rivercenter mall.Dietary restrictions: With options like the garden party, black bean patty and wheat bread. There's a little something for everyone on the menu despite dietary obligations or beliefs. ?
