Delicious Indian Cuisine & Bar

I was disappointed with my dining experience. The ambience is pleasant, and the restaurant is in a convenient location, which is why I gave it 4 stars for ambience. Unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations.

The vegetable platter was extremely oily, and several items tasted like they had been refried. I also didn’t enjoy the dal makhani or the aloo gobi, as both lacked the flavor and freshness I was expecting.

Another concern was the napkins—they had a noticeable odor, as if they hadn’t been washed properly, which was quite off-putting.

The service was also underwhelming. While the server was polite, she never smiled or made any effort to create a welcoming dining experience, so I rated the service 2 stars.

Overall, the ambience is the restaurant’s strongest point, but the food quality and service need significant improvement.

Had dinner at Delicious Indian Cuisine & Bar. Service was seriously lacking, but the food was great. Our waitress had to be waved down to come get us refills. None of the other servers bothered to walk by when they saw us trying to wave ours down. Bottled water and canned sodas only. We had the plain and cheese naan, chicken curry, goat curry and lamb makhani. A little on pricier side for 3 people. The restaurant offers 2 hours free parking with valet, but valet person never showed, so ended up paying for parking also. I'd order to go next time.

I had a fantastic experience dining here. Every dish was packed with authentic flavor and arrived at our table perfectly prepared.

The sizzling platter of chicken was a highlight of the meal. I also really enjoyed the vibrant green chutney served alongside the crispy pastry. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.

We left feeling completely satisfied. I will definitely be back soon to try more of the menu.

Really cute place in a great spot downtown (with a full bar!). I had the chicken saag and naan and both were great quality and taste. The chicken was actually cooked well/juicy and not cubed up like some places. I will definitely be coming back on my following work trips. Thank you!!

Craving some chicken biryani and it was great and excellent service! Jose was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even better. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for delicious Indian food and outstanding customer service.

Amazing food!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Indian restaurant. The food quality was poor, the taste was not authentic, and the dishes felt like they were prepared without care. The service was also extremely slow and the staff was not attentive or helpful.

The overall experience was frustrating, especially considering the expectations from an Indian restaurant. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and improves the food quality and service. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I love this place! I've been here twice - the first time after a day walking in the summer San Antonio heat. The mango lassi and butter chicken saved my friend and I from certain death. I recently went back after a trip to India and my god. the paneer tikka masala. tremendous

The food here is very good. I will happily return to this restaurant.

Love their chicken biryani. Decided to treat myself and my husband, spent $60, ordered through doordash. Found a black hair in my food and wanted a refund for the $20 order of rice. (Accidents happen, but still.) Got denied 😂
