Devils River Whiskey Distillery

The coffee and cinnamon whiskey is the best I've had. My husband and I had the barista Bautista, devil's mule, river fresca, Devil Rita, and sin chata. They were all great cocktails. Olivia was a great bartender, she was so friendly and informative, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure. Stop by if you're by the river walk.

Great atmosphere! I loved the vibe here and they have a military-supportive stance, history, and location, bar-none…Dog friendly patio to boot (not inside though). Highly recommend this place and the old fashions. Shout out to Garret & John (think the names are right?)

We took an incredibly delightful tour with Sophia who was both knowledgeable and passionate about the Distillery. After she gave us a wonderful tour, she sat with us to explain about the flights of the 3 samples of the Devil’s River bourbon. We loved the coffee bourbon! So worth it.

My friends and I were visiting from Canada and happened to walk in when it caught our eye and we were not disappointed

This is a really cool place. Nice and laid back on a Sunday afternoon.
The staff is really good at answering questions regarding their whiskey offerings.
The bourbon is really good with some really nice vanilla notes.
Whether your buying a bottle or just stopping off for a double rocks, this place is great.

We went two times. The sign at the door say they close at 12am. When we wanted to seat at 10pm they said that they close at 10:30pm.

Super cool whiskey bar in an old San Antonio building, circa; 1919. Old-school belt, driven ceiling fans, a gigantic still on the main floor, beautiful old wood bar with huge mirrors in the background. It has a very vintage feel to it and a really cool place to just hang out, tips and whiskey or wine and catch up with friends.

Excellent TX whiskey on its own but can also be made into very tasty cocktails. The inside of this early 1900s building is breathtaking. Beautifully decorated, gorgeous chandelier and even the still looks super cool

Go here! Just do it! Such a great place! I already knew their bourbon was good, so no surprise for me there. Great list of cocktails and love the 1920's vibe in there. Also great spot for live music. Will definitely be back!

What a cool space for a wedding, the whole space is beautiful. Chandelier in the entry, booths that create a nice atmosphere in an otherwise open Floorplan.

Live music is a bonus in this already attractive stop in San Antonio

Upon touring this facility, we absolutely fell in love with this stunning venue and its accommodations for our unique Halloween themed wedding. Since we selected Devil’s River as a venue, we have had the pleasure of working with Alyssa, who has done a phenomenal job of going above and beyond in answering our questions and facilitating us with vendors and ideas. She even gave us pictures and recommendations to help us curate our theme. I highly recommend working with the Devil’s River team for professional service and to help you achieve the San Antonio wedding of your dreams! Can’t wait to have mine there soon!
