“Nothing! The bar owners, especially Heather is extremely unprofessional and makes up stories and lies about patrons. Bar is far too loud to enjoy, very unsavory atmosphere of high school meets a gossip girls. Would NEVER recommend! Used to be forced to go now I'm thankful to have found more authentic, reliable places where the owners don't bother their patrons. “I am giving this place five stars, but with an asterisk: the staff and crowd are wildly different.

On the staff side, one bartender went out of her way to help my order work, and the KJ (Karaoke) was straightforward, clear about the expectations and extremely accommodating.

On the crowd side — and this is why I'm giving this place five stars despite this — the clientele felt, with the exception of a few people, cliquer than most bars. You can just feel this out, based on posture and how people arrange their groups; this had a very "every group stands/sits in a circle".

On the plus side they're strangely more intelligent than every karaoke bar I've been to on the west side with the exception of college bars, but unlike e.g. Dad's or Zombies this struck me as a quite difficult place to make new friends. (Silver lining: you can very easily practice songs here.)

I still think this is a great place to go — with your friends — and I don't know what the owners could possibly do to create a more gregarious environment, so I'm not faulting the place for it. Just don't expect hype.“
