Good service. Good pizza! However, I did an issue with the way the pizza was being made. Not sure if anyone is aware as far as customers, but when I walked in there I noticed that the person making the pizza had no gloves on. During times like Covid & everything else that's happening in this world, there should be nobody handling food with no gloves. It's very unsanitary regardless if that associate washes their hands or not. It's very gross to have someone make your food with their bare hands if you dont know the person and in a fast food place like this. I ask that the associates please wear gloves.

They stoped the time 30 seconds before I got my free pizza with the 2 minute guaranteed. I had to go inside 10 minutes later I clicked arrived and they lie to me telling me that I was going to receive a free pizza and that everything was good. don't make this promotions if you are not going to play fair domino's.

This location has horrible service. The website lies about delivery times to get you to place an order. Our pizza arrived 51 minutes after it left the store. It was cold and the pizza box had been damaged. The lid was pushed into the pizza. In addition to our order arriving 36 minutes late and damaged, there's slices with no cheese and sausage. To top it all off, the store didn't offer to make this right.

Walked in, paid, was told the pizzas were being finished right now and being out in the oven. 30 min later they came up and said they just put the pizzas in the oven. Order what scheduled for pickup ahead of time.Order came out 45 min from when I was told it was being thrown in the oven.Came out 15 min late from scheduled timeWill do online survey, new to the area and chose to try this papa John's. Mistake I won't make again.Wait times like this might as well go to mod pizza.Front doors open, floor covered in leaves

Horrible customer service under staffed ordered pizza I received a call saying that my order will take additional 40 mins to be delivered either I can wait or cancel the order. On the app it showed the food was ready since 11:15pm I requested a refund for the $5 delivery charge upon going to the store I was frustrated I had my interaction with Gabby I got there and asked for my food without looking she goes we are backed up and it's not ready I stated that I just off the phone with someone and she stated that the food was ready I told her it was supposed to be delivered but y'all are understaffed and I didn't wanna wait additional 40 mins she responded that like I said we are backed up while the manager looked for the food which was ready Gabby responded well I wasn't the one who spoke with you I told her well you could've looked before just refusing to help she responded with that she did NOT care I asked for her name and she stayed quiet the manager gave me her name food was horrible they got my order wrong it was the worst experience.

We love this Dominos location. Pizza is almost always hot and delicious. The very few times things haven’t been right, they’ve always taken care of it quickly and nicely. The delivery drivers and other staff are great! Thanks y'all :)

I placed a delivery order from this particular Domino's and I waited well over an hour and forty minutes before I received a cold pizza, cold pasta and my parmesan bites were missing. I ordered extra cheese on my pizza along with provolone cheese and the pizza looked and taste like a regular pizza pie. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. I attempted to submit a complaint and when I opted that I didn't want neither the few points they offered for their poor service and missing item or the free pizza, I was kicked out of the website with no resolution. I'm hoping I can get delivery from a different location in the future. If not, I'll have to pick it up myself or stick to Pizza Hut or Marco's Pizza.

What did they do to my pizza? We pulled off the good slices. The rest I gave to my dog. Btw I picked this up in person in store.

Your order will be done and sit in their store for no less than 40 minutes before it is picked up by a driver. I suggest if you just love Domino's, you go pick it up. Their delivery service is the worst.
