Ordered online, showed up 2 minutes early. No problem. Male employee was busy doing other things. My pizza was. Visible at the end of the over conveyor. He ignored it and it eventually fell on the floor. Refused to reimburse my money.

Ordered 2 pizzas. 1) pretty much a supreme, 2) Pepperoni, ham, bacon. Both pizzas were good and hot. Service was good to me and exceeded even though they were busy. Will come back.

Your tracker is skewed it'll tell me they are 2 minutes away then it jumps up to 10:00 it's affecting your delivery drivers tips

Wow great customer service the lady that took my order from the counter store #9373 September 6th at 6:50 was awesome I tried to read the receipt that the nice manager Emily Rodriguez wrote but I can’t read it I believe it’s Janelle not sure but they were all fantastic.

Pepperoni pizza was burnt. I asked for curb.side delivery the person.brought it.to.drivers side when I asked for passenger side deliberately holding out.his hand for a tip I dont tip for burnt pizza if you go go in and check your pizza

This is 2nd time I order delivery..both times it's says driver on the way..from 5 min. 3 min.2 min , then back to 5 min. N late at least 15 later than time given. Then the order is wrong..and barely warm...very poor mgmnt service...when I told mgmt then they remove the tracking time! They said the driver had not left yet, when past 15 min. The time was bouncing back & forth. The pizza does not look fresh made either, nothing like the pictur e online. I've been to other Dominos, like the one on Evers Rd..they are always tasty, hot and fresh.. They should close this place or new mgmt!
