WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE? It used to be great every time and now the quality just sucks. They have screwed up my last three orders in a row.. last night I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and almost half the pizza was just sauce! Placed an online order yesterday at 3:45pm to be ready for pickup at 5:00pm. Went to the store at the scheduled time and was told my order hadn’t been started. The manager said they received a 35 pizza order that had to be ready at the same time. Several other customers in the store were told the same thing. Managers suggestion to us was to either cancel our order or wait for the pizza. Won’t go here again.

Ordered online for carry out.Pizza ready in designated time, but not the way I ordered it.I should have checked it there, but disappointing to get home and it’s not made the way I ordered it. Called and let them know to be aware, but a ho hum attitude was given.
