Great experience even not eating here. My wife has celiacs and we went in to have dinner. She is very sensitive to gluten. The waitress explained that they have a separate prep area but do not have a separate oven and no pans/trays for baking pizza on. Very kind, honest, and up front about it and even checked with the chef.
