i came to this location bc i was in the area . i went to order my drink and Janessa ( i hope i spelled her name right ) helped me with my order . it was obvious she was having a long, stressful, day. However, despite the chaotic and hectic environment, Janessa still provided me with exceptional service and even tried helping me find alternatives bc they were out of what I originally wanted. It was my first time going to dunkin at San Antonio, and the service was sooo goood! Angelica was so nice with us, she guide us with different options, she was so friendly, she was over the top! Definitely an amazing person and customer service!! It was above and beyond! I definitely recommend it!!
My experience in this Dunkin donuts has been by FAR THE BEST I have gotten since arriving to San Antonio. The marbach Location very rude ! Military location Very rude!! This Dunkin is amazing and they are so approachable and friendly your not scared to add that donut you want!! I recommend it 💯!!
