Customer service is horrible! The manager had no customer service experience. Tried to sell me a dozen donuts with 4 of them harder than a rock. When I explained to her that those donuts were not fresh she said “if you come in at 6pm they will not be fresh”. Completely ignorant!

Updated ... first of all always out of sonething.. poor ordering .. second I never get what I order in drive-thru . Then when I have to go inside .. 5 people just ignoring the customers .. all of them make eye contact and still ignore you .. poor management .. will travel further or just find somewhere else .. very disappointing

Ordered online , pulled up to the window as soon as the worker “Marcus” opened the window she rolled her eyes , I stated it was a mobile order she ten said to park up front because it wasn’t ready and walked away … went to park as told , waited 12 minutes until my order was taken out by the same person asked for her name and she walked away … called the store to get information but I’m honestly disgusted at how she acted
This place sucks. And customer service is terrible. I ordered through Uber Eats and I requested a refund and they weren't able to give me a refund so then I contacted Dunkin' and the guy said he couldn't give me a refund and I asked for the manager and he said he wasn't there. So how are you guys going to fix an order you guys clearly messed up on ?

This morning, on my way to church, I made a stop at Dunkin' Donuts on Marbach to pick up some donuts. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. The service fell significantly below the usual standards that I am accustomed to. The person who waited on me seemed indifferent and unhelpful, as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. This experience left me quite upset, to the extent that I have decided not to patronize that particular Dunkin' Donuts location anymore. It is clear that improvements in service, training, and customer service are necessary at that store. I wanted to share my feelings and the way I was treated during my visit to Dunkin' Donuts.
